Human Resources In-Service Training Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful incumbent will be expected to undergo Nestlé’s development programme in line with his/her log book as provided by his/her Institution of study

Key Responsibility:
Compiling and analysing monthly reports to report back to your line manager on the progress of your department.
Leading and Active participation in problem solving projects.
Assisting your team in giving support to other teams and demonstrating good customer service delivery in the smooth running of operations in your department.
Ensuring good administration in your area of work
Participation in Operational reviews and Pillar meetings
Requirements:
Matric Certificate with an average symbol of C
Tertiary Academic Record with an average symbol of C
Computer Literate
Understanding of key concepts and laws relating to your field
The incumbent must be studying towards an Undergraduate qualification
Letter from the Educational Institution specifying that the In-service Training is required for a qualification
The incumbent must be in their final year and requires the In-service Training to obtain a qualification
